How to Start and Edit a Postcard Campaign

To create a new postcard campaign using our predesigned postcards

1. If you have previously created a postcard campaign: Click the Add Campaign button located at the top of the screen. Proceed to Step 4 below.

2. If you are creating your first postcard campaign: Click here to request a call with one of our expert marketing advisors who can set everything up for you; otherwise, click the Get Started Here button. Moving forward, when you select Postcards from the left-side navigation pane, you’ll see your postcard campaigns on this screen.

3. In the top-left corner, click the pencil icon to give your campaign a unique name.

4. Use the drop-down boxes to select a Mailing Frequency, Campaign Start Date, and Design Theme.

5. When you are satisfied with your selection, click the Next button in the top-right corner.

6. Click here to find instructions for adding recipients to your postcard campaign.

7. Once you’ve added your Recipient Groups, click the Save button in the top-right corner.

8. Your added Recipient Groups will be listed on this screen. To remove a group, click the X to the right of the group’s name; otherwise, click Next in the top-right corner.

9. Review your order, and click the Proceed to Checkout button in the top-right corner.

10. To purchase your selected postcards, check all the information on this screen for accuracy and when you are satisfied, click the Place Order button.

To edit an existing postcard campaign

1. Log in to your account. From the left-side navigation pane, select Direct Mail and then Postcards.

2. Locate the postcard campaign you want to change. Click the Edit button and select to change either Mailings or Recipients.

3. To change Mailings, begin with step 5 above. To change Recipients, begin with step 7 above.
